My name is LJ and I am a female Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Blogger and Influencer based in West London, with over 11 years of experience in the fitness industry. I offer both in-person and Online Personal Training. Fitness quite literally changed my life, and my aim is to spread my passion for fitness and show you what a huge difference exercise and good nutrition can have on your life and help you achieve the body and the confidence you have always dreamed of.

Wildcat Fitness offers in person and online bespoke Personal Training, health, fitness, training and nutrition solutions for individuals, couples and small groups. Our face to face training takes place in  the Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush, Chiswick, Notting Hill and Kensington areas – please see the Location page for further information. We also offer outdoor training at Ravenscourt Park and Brook Green. But for anyone not based in West London, we offer highly-tailored Personal Training sessions via online video – the motivation and knowledge of working with a highly experience Trainer from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the world. Even if you have limited space or equipment we can create bespoke training solutions to both improve and maintain your fitness levels from home and have achieved great success with our online training clients.

I also offer in-house corporate training and health solutions – please contact me if you are a company or brand interested in office-based Group Fitness classes, Wellness corporate speaking or Health consultations for your employees.
