My name is LJ and I am a female Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Influencer based in West London, with over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. I offer both In-Person and Online Personal Training. Fitness quite literally changed my life, and my aim is to share my passion and show you what a huge difference exercise can have on your life and help you achieve the strength and confidence you have always dreamed of.
I am fully qualified (and always studying to improve my knowledge and skills), fully insured and have over a decade of experience in both individual and group training – I have trained clients of all abilities and experience levels.

Our face to face covers most areas of West London – please see the Location page for further information. We also offer outdoor training at Ravenscourt Park. But for anyone not based in West London, please don’t discount an Online Programme with me. Even if you have limited space or equipment you can both improve and maintain your fitness levels from home and I can help you to feel fitter, stronger and more confident with the 10 Week Programme I have designed from scratch.
