Don’t want to be stuck indoors training in this gorgeous weather? Fancy taking your workout outside? Then this is for you! These exercises can be done in the garden, in a park or on the beach - you just need a bench, wall or elevated surface that can safely hold your bodyweight.

The exercises are:
☀️ Single Leg Squats (12 each leg)
☀️ Single Leg Step Ups (12 each leg)
☀️ Tricep Dips (12-15reps)
☀️ Glute Bridges (12-15reps)
☀️ Mountain Climbers (45seconds)
☀️ V Sits (45seconds)

Do all of the above, back to back, rest for 90 seconds and repeat the whole thing 3-4 more times. You can advance the  squats, step ups, bridges and dips by adding a weight too if you have equipment you can use.

People say “movement is medicine” and until the past few weeks I’d not really given this much thought, but exercise has  absolutely helped me navigate through a period of grief and loss. Everyone deals with grief differently, and something I’ve found is that every day feels different - so having some form of constant has been really helpful. And for me that has been continuing to move my body. 
Of course fitness has so many benefits and for so long this was all focussed on the physical (and dare I say it aesthetic) but actually the benefits of movement for mental health have been so apparent to me lately. Being physically strong is cool and all, but giving myself some mental and emotional resilience through working out has been exactly what I’ve needed 🙏🏼
