Social Media, Marketing and PR Enquiries

Wildcat Fitness was set up not only as a London-based Personal Training business, but also as a brand in its own right. The reach and influence of both myself and Wildcat Fitness continues to grow, and as of September 2018 the Wildcat Fitness combined social media channels (InstagramTwitterYouTube and Facebook) have over 40,000 followers. The official Wildcat Fitness Blog was set up in 2015 and has also continued to grow month on month, allowing me to not only be invited to attend and cover exclusive fitness events across London, but also to work with some amazing brands and products. In June 2016 my Blog was awarded Best Fitness Blog at the Health Blog Awards 2016.

I am also a regular contributor for Top Sante UK magazine
