As I wrote in my first Wildcat Blog post:
Surprisingly, often the hardest part of any journey is getting started. Once you are on the road, following your chosen path then generally speaking you will be helped along by momentum, not to mention hopefully enjoying at least some of the ride, and feeling excited about arriving at your destination.
But taking that first step, even if it is just the decision to get going, can be tough. In a world of speed and constant demands it’s commonplace to want things NOW, but sometimes we need to take stock of the smaller things – and the fact that you’ve decided to try should not be overlooked. Think of all the things you’ve told yourself you’ll do when you have the time, the money, the inclination…. how many of those things actually ended up happening? Exactly. We can spend our lives dreaming of the things we’ll do “one day”, so making a commitment to do something, anything, should not be taken lightly. In fact, I congratulate you.
Because the fact you’re here would suggest that you have taken a decision to begin a journey. A journey in fitness – whatever that looks like to you. It may very well not be easy, it will almost certainly push your limits, but it will bring you rewards you maybe didn’t think possible.
So let me just say welcome. Welcome to Wildcat Fitness, and well done on making the decision to change. You’ve taken that first step, and now you’re with me I can accompany you on your journey. I’m looking forward to the ride!
Whatever your fitness goals, we can help you. Losing weight, toning up, building lean muscle, increasing stamina…. We can cover all of this and more. My sessions are tailored to each individual as fitness is not a “one size fits all” concept and I will work with you to achieve the results you desire. I am not here to bark orders like a Sergeant Major, or put you through hundreds of push ups in the mud at 5am (however both are available upon request!), but to get to know what motivates and drives you and to use this to help further your fitness journey. This however is not an excuse for a softly, softly approach – there are times when you will want to give up, but it’s my job to push you through every last rep – Wildcat yes, Pussycat no!

We can train you either face to face or virtually, indoors or outdoors, in a park environment, in your own home, or online via video. Due to current social distancing restrictions here in the UK we are currently not operating from our private studio base, but have many other incredible and effective alternatives available to our clients.
If you opt for Online Personal Training with us, you do not need much space or equipment for home fitness. However, we can help with recommendations for kit if you would like to purchase some home gym items and can create training programmes around whatever you have or would like to buy.
Outdoor training would be at your choice of Ravenscourt Park or Brook Green , Hammersmith W6, Lillie Road Recreation Ground Fulham, SW6 or any other park within the Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. I am currently fully licensed by the relevant councils for all parks within Hammersmith and Fulham.
