All sessions last 1 hour and Wildcat Fitness operates a 12 hour cancellation policy (session will still be charged if less than 12 hours notice of cancellation is given). By signing up to train with Wildcat Fitness you are accepting our Terms and Conditions. Full Terms and Conditions for training with Wildcat Fitness can be found here. These prices apply for training with Lisa-Jane and Rahel.
1:1 Training prices (1 PT to 1 Client)
Block of 20 sessions: £1450 (£72.50 per session)
Block of 12 sessions: £925 (£77 per session)
Block of 6 sessions: £490 (£81 per session)
One off sessions: £85 per hour
2:1 Training prices (1 PT to 2 Clients of similar fitness levels)
Block of 20 sessions: £1900 (£95 per session, £47.50 per person)
Block of 12 sessions: £1200 (£100 per session, £50 per person)
Block of 6 sessions: £630 (£105 per session, £52.50 per person)
One off sessions: £110 (£55 per person)

When training at K West Hotel and Spa with us, these prices include access and entry to the gym and our training facility, and also changing room and shower facilities afterwards.
All Wildcat Fitness Personal Training training packages are completely bespoke, so therefore please get in touch to discuss your personal requirements so that we can provide you with an accurate quote for the number of sessions, location, nutritional support etc. we generally recommend signing up of a package of sessions and my most commonly requested package numbers are 6, 12 or 20 sessions – but again, everyone is different so please get in touch for specific requirements. We work with each client as an individual, so if you require something that isn’t covered here, please just ask!

Before we begin training, we request a consultation. These are free and enable from both sides to see if we are “right” for each other…. It’s not called “Personal” Training for nothing! You of course need to work out if I can help you get to where you want to be, and similarly I need to see you are committed to achieving, as true results from a fitness regime will only come with perseverance. Our consultation should last around 30 minutes and is a chance to discuss your aims and goals and work out a way to achieve them together. Please contact me if you would like to arrange a consultation with either myself or Rahel.
We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer and Paypal.
Paypal payments incur an additional 4% charge (to cover their fees) – please add this on.
A receipt can be provided upon request.
