I understand life is busy and fitness goals can get lost on to-do lists with careers, family, socialising, and the general London rat race, but my sessions are not only structured to get the most out of your time with me (as I know how precious it can be), but also tailored individually. I do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach when it comes to training, and my clients’ sessions and plans reflect this.
I have been through a long and interesting journey with my personal fitness, one that has not always been easy, but one that has always been rewarding in so many ways. If you’ve dreamed of feeling lean, strong and full of energy then the team at Wildcat Fitness can help.
I am a fully qualified REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer, and also hold REPS Level 2 in Fitness Instructing and Anatomy and Physiology. I am an Instructor at Boom Cycle, London’s original “Party on a Bike” Group Cycling studio, and a Trainer at F45 Shepherds Bush – the largest F45 studio in Europe. I am a worldwide certified Les Mills instructor for Body Pump and Body Attack and taught classes at some of London’s most prestigious gyms for over 11 years. I was Fitness Manager for one of West London’s busiest health clubs for 18 months, running a gym floor, group exercise programme and swim timetable, and am also certified in Kettlebells, Powerplate and Nutrition for Sport and Exercise. I have over 6 years experience as a Personal Trainer, and my past clients include Oscar Winners, Grammy Winners, Royalty, HNWI, actors, comedians, students, housewives, office workers and pretty much everyone in between. I can also accommodate travel requests where possible, so if training is required in another country please feel free to send me an enquiry. If you are a VIP/Celebrity requiring training I can sign an NDA upon request. I am passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves – no matter who they are or where they come from. I believe everyone has an Inner Wildcat!
I hold full Instructor’s Public Liability insurance (to the value of £5million) and am fully licenced to train outdoors by Hammersmith and Fulham Council.

In addition to Personal Training and teaching Group Fitness Classes I am also a fitness model, my most recent work includes walking for sportswear designer Charli Cohen at her London Fashion Week show. I have also modelled activewear collections for Lorna Jane UK.
