I got married in 2014, and so have first hand experience of being extremely focused when it comes to "shedding for the wedding" and making sure it's all about the dress! As a point of reference, I lost 4kg and 2% body fat in 3 months to fit into my dress through focusing my training and training in the lead up to my wedding day.

I offer personally tailored packages for Brides to be, Grooms, Bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride and any other member of the wedding party - I can train you individually, as a couple, or as a small group. We can work on specific areas to ensure you feel confident and beautiful in your dress on the day, as well as helping you to feel full of energy to cope with the hectic demands of being a bride/groom/bridesmaid to be!

I can create a package to suit you which can include intensive sessions as we get closer to the special day and even an early morning session on the day of your wedding - I can come to your hotel and train you to ensure you look and feel your very best when all eyes will be on you!
