Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Fitness Blogger based in West London

I understand life is busy and fitness goals can get lost on to-do lists with careers, family, socialising, and the general London rat race, but my sessions are not only structured to get the most out of your time with me (as I know how precious it can be), but also tailored individually. I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to training, and my clients' sessions and plans reflect this.

I have been through a long and interesting journey with my personal fitness, one that has not always been easy, but one that has always been rewarding in so many ways. If you've dreamed of feeling lean, strong and full of energy then the team at Wildcat Fitness can help. Click the link above to find out more about my incredible Wildcat colleague Rahel, who, just like me, lives and breathes the Wildcat ethos!

I am a fully qualified REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer, and also hold REPS Level 2 in Fitness Instructing and Anatomy and Physiology. I am a worldwide certified Les Mills instructor for Body Pump and Body Attack and have been teaching classes at some of London’s most prestigious gyms for over 8 years. I was Fitness Manager for one of West London’s busiest health clubs for 18 months, running a gym floor, group exercise programme and swim timetable, and am also certified in Kettlebells, Powerplate and Nutrition for Sport and Exercise. Please click the Classes tab on the left hand menu (or this link) to find out more about my Group Fitness Classes.

I hold full Instructor's Public Liability insurance (to the value of £5million) and am fully licenced to train outdoors by Hammersmith and Fulham Council.

I am a UK Brand Ambassador for Lorna Jane UK. Lorna Jane is one of the world's premium activewear brands, and their mission is to empower every woman to lead her best life through Active Living, a movement that I am proud to represent.

I am committed to my on-going training and education and seek to constantly improve my knowledge. Courses I have recently attended include:

I have also modelled activewear collections for Lorna Jane UK. Check out the Wildcat Blog and Gallery page to see more!
